Distance: 500m swim, 5km run

Price: £14 per race or £35 for all three (£2 refund on race day on production of valid BTA card)

Course Details: Surrey Summer Aquathlons are a series of 3 races consisting of a 500 metre swim followed by a 5 km run which we organise in the summer months. Competitors start at the 50 metre Guildford Lido situated in oasis-like surroundings before completing the run in the adjacent Stoke Park.

Prizes: There has never been a better time to enter - with some great prizes this year being kindly provided by our sponsors.

Triworks Leatherhead are sponsoring the overall series and providing £500 of vouchers for the top 4 male and female results over the 3 events.

Naked Nutrition are providing a winners goodie bag for the top 4 male and females in each individual event, with £10 vouchers added to the winning amle & female.

Triworks Leatherhead are also providing prizes for the fastest 2 male and female swim & run times for each event.

Trion-Z are providing magnetic bracelets for each event.

Results: These will NOT be given out on the night but will be published on the Tri 247 website on the Saturday.

As always, we will be running this event on Friday evenings. We will have use of the whole pool and will arrange the swim as a zig-zag race using 5 lanes. Competitors will be started at continuous 30 second intervals and will complete a down and up leg of each of 5 lanes, ducking under the lane rope on completion of each 100m. The run is 'relatively' flat out and back course around and within Stoke Park.
